SEWER LINE RESTORATION
AAA Plumbing realizes that when major problems occur with water or sewer service lines, the last thing you need is the worry of restoring your landscaped yard after the problem has been corrected. That is why AAA Plumbing offers low intrusion solutions to water line and sewer line replacement or restoration, which also saves you money! Sewer linesMany aged sewer lines are of clay tile or bituminized fiber (commonly referred to as Orangeburg pipe). The primary characteristic of clay tile pipe is the possibility for root intrusions and separations at the pipe joints which can occur every 2 ft. The Orangeburg pipe may also have root intrusions at the pipe joints which generally occur every 4 or 8 ft. Also, Orangeburg pipe will collapse or will bubble inwards as the layers of the fiber pipe separate.AAA Plumbing has the equipment needed to evaluate the condition of aged sewer lines to determine if they qualify for the Perma-Liner restoration process. This process typically requires a small excavated access area to the sewer line to apply the process. This process is especially desirable when the sewer line goes under driveways, sidewalks, garages, storage buildings, retaining walls, landscaping, and when the sewer line is exceptionally deep. The Perma-Liner restoration process has a design life of over 70 years, which is the same as new pipe, and in most situations is a low disruptive and cost effective alternative to open trench replacement. The Perma-Lateral System™ Approach… A project can be completed in less than one day. The line is cleaned and inspected. The measurement of the lateral length is taken. The Perma-Lateral System™ liner material is then measured and cut on site. The proper amount of resin is measured and mixed. The tubular liner is impregnated with the resin and loaded into our Perma-Lateral System™ inversion unit and launched from a single access point. BACK TO TOPHow the Perma-Liner Lateral System™ Works The Perma-Liner-Lateral System™ uses PVC coated polyester needle felt tube reinforced with a fiberglass scrim. The tubular material is impregnated with a two part 100% epoxy resin. The impregnated tube is inverted inside out allowing the resin to bond and seal with the existing host. The PVC coating becomes the new jointless inner wall from beginning to end without joints. BACK TO TOPTypical Installations
